I was told at the time of signing the lease that i would have to pay just one month rent if i break the lease. But when i had to break the lease because of change of job, they started harsing me with a 'Accelerated rent' due amount , saying that i will have to pay a accelerated rent for the period the apartment is empty during the lease period. SO BEWARE !! READ THE LEASE < SHOW IT TO ATTORNEY OR BEST AVOID LIVING THERE !!
