	Carlton Apartments Plaza Dr. Indianapolis,  In 46268 317-875-5552 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  3.0 Parking:  4.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  3.0		Review Title:  Do Not Rent Here Reviewer:  Nurse28   Review Date:  7/15/04      Rate This Apartment     Management is uncaring, lazy, and unwilling to spend the money that it takes to keep things clean and in working order.They are so understaffed in maintenance that it can take weeks and legal threats to get things fixed.They do not keep up this property.I have heard that there is a lot of crime here, but I personally have not experienced it.Yet...Also, the one and only dumpster in the apartment complex fills up and gets overrun every week.By Thursday of every week there are piles of trash laying all over outside of the fence with flies, bees, and roaches swarming.
