Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  12/14/04      Rate This Apartment     These apartments are in a prime location- the corner of 54th and college.Despite location and outer buildings that look cute, the bottom line is that this company doesn't care about its tenants one iota.My apartment flooded (I talked to many people who had flooding and pest related problems as well) and after trying to contact them for over a month (never even returned a single phone call!) I was forced to move out because I was getting sick from all the mold.The health department came, rendered it unlivable, and I had to sue just to get back my deposit.When I was looking at these apartments, the woman who showed them was really nice.Only after this ordeal did I realize what kind of people really run Investments Unlimited. The kind that will take everything they can from you and then laugh at you after court.
