	The Courts At Kensington 2000 West 79th Street Indianapolis,  In 46260 317-872-3737 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  3.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  Stay Away/don't Let The Outside Sway You Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  10/13/04      Rate This Apartment     The apartments are very nice and huge.The outside is very well kept but that's where it stops.Management doesn't care about the inside.It takes months to get anything fixed.Six unrelated people live in the apt. down from me and they take all the parking for several units.They have aluminum foil rather than curtains.You pay for your own water (pro rated)and I have to pay the same as the unit with six people even tho it's just me.At night there are gangs in the parking lot with BOOMING rap.I have called the police several times but it keeps happening. STAY AWAY!!
