Georgia Indianapolis,  In 46204 Rating Recommend:    Yes Overall Rating:  4.0 Security:  4.0 Parking:  5.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  4.0 Maintenance:  3.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  4.0		Review Title:  The Plaza Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  3/4/03      Rate This Apartment     The building is a nice, old structure.3 floors, no elevator.We have four bay windows in our two bedroom, as well as a sky light.There is also a nice tiled entry way with track lighting (perfect for art display).The downside is old appliances and windows, inefficient climate control.The apartment is hard to heat.
