(at Best!) Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  4/4/04      Rate This Apartment     I have been here for a few years now and have finally decided to call it quits. The location is very convenient for those who enjoy a close proximity to Broad Ripple and the rent is fairly reasonable, but other than that I can say very little for Villa Paree. I have had several problems with insects inside the apt. over the last 4 years, not to mention noisy neighbors. The walls are also a bit too thin! The management responds in a timely manner to concerns voiced to them and parking is always close to your apt, but pets are not allowed and car ports must be rented out a full year at a time instead of month to month. Cockroaches were my worst problem here.
