Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  6/26/03      Rate This Apartment     My boyfriend and I moved to westlake for a year to save money for our home.It was the worst year of our life.The buildings are falling apart, the grounds are horrible, and the majority of the residents came from the marion country cells!You'll be lucky to leave this place alive, the crime is horrible.If you love your family and want to ensure their safety don't move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
