Apartment Review for Abington Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

I have lived there for a year and I was ready to move. There no good water pressure, when I take a shower. I can barely get hot water most the time. I swear when I moved my apt was fine, then a couple of weeks later my pressure was not right. Maintenance said there was nothing wrong, but I know somebody had tapered with my water heater when I wasn't home. I did h noisy neighbors when I first moved. They have calmed down after a couple of months. And the last thing parking was a problem, sometimes I would come home from work and couldn't find a parking spot. I would have to park in front of another building. The apt areok, but not good. The people are friendly, I guess that is the only positive comment I have.
