Apartment Review for Ashton Brook Of Nora - Indianapolis, IN

Do not live at Ashton Brook Apartments. Regan (the property manager) wouldn't know customer service if it walked in the office door...that is if it managed to drop by at a time when someone was in the office. There is not a single person who works at Ashton Brook that would take any responsibility for anything that happens here. They seem to be entirely driven by the desire to do as little as possible. If you decide to live here be prepared to be treated as a complete inconvenience. Be prepared to never have your calls answered, your concerns met or your complaints addressed. It must be great to work at a place with no personal accountability...just ask Regan, that is if you can ever get her to return your call or email. From the increased crime, to the unkept grounds, to the ridiculous noise levels...this is not a place that you want to live. Your lease and the rules and regulations only apply to you. They don't apply to anyone else that lives here, and certainly not anything that you should expect some one at Gene Glick to enforce. Ashton Brook is apparently the only place in the US where you don't have a Right to Quiet Enjoyment of your Property. I can't say this enough: Do not live here.
