I have heard that new management has taken over and you can tell. The office staff is actually friendly and care about your needs. The maintenance man is friendly and always fixes my problem the first time. He even changed my light bulbs in my vaulted ceiling for me. The landscaping is beautiful and the lakes do not have an overflow of ducks and geese.

The price is right! I am receiving $50.00 per month off a 16 month lease and I am guaranteed no more than a $20.00 increase at renewal if I sign another 12 month lease!

It is quiet and peaceful and my neighbors are all friendly and respectful. Everyone seems to take lots of pride in living here amd make sure that they clean up after themselves. I never want to leave!
