Apartment Review for Avalon Lake Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

This place is cheap but you get what you pay for. I have had maintance in my house more than relatives, If they would fix it the first time they wouldn't have to come back. And if something breaks do to their neglegence like a blind comin down because they did not brace it right, well you get charged $25 for a new blind "crazy". My lock has been worked on several times and they seem to not be real happy when I call in the middle of the night because I can't get in my door. I have no heat in the winter and no air in the summer. The office staff are sickining sweet for about the first 3 months then the are burdend by any question you have. The pool area is so small that you feel like you are always touching someone...yuck!! The net on the tennis sourt is on the ground and has been for about 6 months and I havn't seen the lights come on once. When my lease is up I am out, please don't make my mistake.
