Cons: Buildings are old and falling apart, many maintence problems Thin windows and walls make noisy neighbors obvious

Pros: Quick, convenient maintence responses to our many problems Location is convenient to shopping and downtown Community has an inspiringly well-balanced mix of races and ethnicities--no one will feel too out of place

In sum: It ain't the Ritz, but it's a good deal for college and grad students.
