Apartment Review for Brighton Park - Indianapolis, IN

I have lived here for 1 year had been broken into twice, the streets have huge pot holes, the people in the office are rude, I was going to upgrade my apartment to a three bedroom and placed a $200 fee to hold it the people never moved out so I asked for a refund so I could go some were else they told me no refused to give a refund then told me I only had 72 hours to let me know I didn't want it, eventhough they changed the move in date 4 times
