Apartment Review for Carlton Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

-- Management *lies* about hours facilities (exercise room) are open. -- I had to ask three times for my ceiling tiles to be fixed after they came crashing down. -- Trash situation is well-nigh intolerable: Compactors never work and people just throw their bags in the general vicinity of the trash. -- Pool is overrun with people who don't even live in the apartments: They drive up, park their cars, enjoy the pool, and leave. -- The speed bumps are taxing on vehicles. -- There's one very snotty lady in the office who needs a severe attitude adjustment. The other workers pretty much hide in the back. -- Live here at your own discretion, but I wish we hadn't :)
