Apartment Review for Carlyle Courts Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

I currently live in Carlyle Court Apartments. The only good thing about this place is my large patio and the grounds. The office staff are unprofessional and uncaring..the maintenance guys are nice and polite but they NEVER fix anything. Our unit is in very poor repair...the carpet was not replaced when we moved in and it's stained....even ripped up near my patio door...and the worse part is...it STINKS! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone...I am embarrassed to have friends over due to all the unrepaired water damage and smelly carpet. As soon as my lease is over I am moving. DONT RENT HERE!!!!
