Apartment Review for Carmer Watson Properties- Inc. - Indianapolis, IN

The Esplanade is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for over a year now and I have been nothing but impressed by the owners. Their attention to detail historically with these units have been amazing. The color choices on the walls to down to the doors, and lighting fixtures of the art deco area they have it the nail on the head. It is also nice to live in the Meridian Park Neighborhood. I like the size of the complex, it runs from 18-22 units and is entirely gated which adds nice security. Having a secure entry where you can only enter by code or remote is nice. The parking is nice you get 2 spaces for a 2bdr, and 1 space for a 1bdr. The response time on getting things fixed is supberb, usually with in hours, since the owners live on site. The price is right for living near downtown and for the ammenities and service that you get I would say it is a great deal. It is nice to be 10 minutes away from Downtown and Broadripple too.
