Apartment Review for Chapel Knoll Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

Hard to run a apartment complex when there is no money to fix things the right way or at all and when there is only 1 over worked maintance man. Office Manager is nice and helpful. The apartments are waaay to small and need lots of work. We have seen the police often but not as much as we used to before the "house cleaning" . Would I recomend anyone live here? Nope but its not the worst place either. Our second and last year living here.
