Apartment Review for Chelsea Manor Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

Like any other apartment building there are pros and cons. Pros are: affordable rent, safe building, ample parking, and apartment offices in the building (which is great for contacting about maintenance issues and for receiving your packages that won t fit in the mailbox). However, the noise issues have been out of control. Granted, part of that responsibility is on the tenant to abide by rules about noise, stereos, etc. I have knocked on the doors of those above me to address this issue in person, and when that failed, I called the police to address it. Like the other review stated, the floors are very thin! One of the main drawbacks to this building is the number of maintenance issues you will have and the lack of a competent maintenance staff. Count on plumbing issues for sure. Also, expect about a two month turn around time for maintenance issues to be resolved - even for some major issues.
