Apartment Review for Chesapeake Landing Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

These apartments are disgusting! I absolutely hate them. They supposedly did $2 million in renovations... but I can't tell. I'm still waiting on my half complete fence to be built around my apartment. The new siding is already falling off, there's a pest problem despite how clean and tidy I am, the ac always breaks, random mold is growing in my closet because of a water leak, things break outside and never get fixed, and don't have a maintenance request because who knows when they'll get to you. They rent is going up.... can't wait to move out!!!!
