Apartment Review for Churchill Ranch Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

The apartments would be nicer if maintenance cared more about the grounds. The office staff does not answer the phone. The maintenance requests takes 2-3 weeks to get taken care of. They want the rent on time or you will be charged a late fee, but we can't get the breezeways cleaned or the trash picked up on a daily basis. These apartments WERE nice, but now, I really don't like going home. When I am home, I stay inside, unless one of my children are outside having problems with one of the other children.
