Apartment Review for Columns Of Castleton - Indianapolis, IN

April 2007 We have lived here for over 3 years and LOVE IT! I have never regretted moving here! They are absolutely awsome! The floor plan is good, the HEAT IS PAID, the price is decent, the apartments in general are quiet, plenty of parking most of the time (can always find a good spot close by), they fix things right away, respond to emergecy repairs immediately (we had to page maintanance once due to our water heater leaking...they were there within an hour, had it fixed, had a huge fan to dry out our hall carpet, and followed up the next day), we only pay rent and electric, they pay sewage, heat, trash, and water. The office staff is super friendly. The pool is well maintained, not too busy in the summer, even have a nice kiddie pool, and lifeguard. I love love love living here. It is a nice sinlges place or a place for families. They also have two well maintained play grounds, and tennis courts. Lots of floor plans to chose from, different lease options, etc. I know several other people who have lived here in the past and they have no complaints...led us here and am so glad. If you don't think you can afford to live here...ask about the apartments that face the highway...discount...trees, railroad track block it so no big deal...more privacy too!!! MOVE HERE YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!
