Apartment Review for Creekside South Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

Nothing but TROUBLE! Current resident? - ? - Today Since living here, I have not had good experiences. The things that I have experienced would be comparable to living in a place where I paid like $400 a month, not $750. We have had problems with a child molester, a stabbing, car break ins, drugs and fights. The there's the actual apartment. My kithcen ceiling has fell through twice since we lived here. And currently, I have not been able to cook in the kitchen because of the ceiling for 2 weeks now. The maintenece supervisor says I should be able to, but I have pictures that I WILL find a place to post on the web showing otherwise. I am going to also notify the board of health. I think these aparments would be codemened if it weren't for the fact they had to clean up several units for the Burmese refugees whom are here through a church service. They have to live in a place that is up to spec, so those units are in good condition, but the rest of them leave a lot to be desired.......or not. Think twice, the problems run deep behind the walls in these apartments. The 2X4 in my bathroom is rotted behind the drywall and they say it ALMOST needs replaced. Crazy I tell you. We will be moving when our lease is up.
