Apartment Review for Eagle Creek Court - Indianapolis, IN

On several occasions the commercial plumber has had to come to attempt to repair our plumbing problems. When the toilet was flushed the waste came up through the shower, chunks of waste. This happens every other month. My kitchen sink leaks, but I have stopped calling maintenance because they pretend that I'm irrational and imagining these things. My front door lacks a seal so it seams like my neighbors downstairs are smoking in my apartment. The tiny phone booth shower that I have in the master bath keeps mold growing on the ceiling in the shower. Oh, and one trash compactor is provided for the entire community to use and on the weekend it is lined with trash all on the outside. Imagine the aroma in the summer for the tenants that live across from it. This is a $700/month apartment, I thought I was buying a lifestyle when I moved in but I can't even use the dishwasher because it gets dirt on the dishes, it looks like sand. I am very disappointed. When the lease is up I'm packing up.
