Apartment Review for Edward Rose Of Indiana - Indianapolis, IN

I rented at Pheasant Run Apartments in Lafayette, IN. There were spots on my carpet when I moved in. I noted this on my move-in inspection sheet and mentioned it again a few weeks later. They still charged me nearly $500 to replace the carpet after I moved out. Also, I had a problem with my downstairs neighbor smoking by my windows. I asked the staff for help with this several times and they did nothing. This is actually not the first negative experience I've had with Edward Rose. I lived at Scarborough Lake in Indianapolis for a year. It was a dump too. Never rent from an Edward Rose property!!!
