Apartment Review for English Village Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

Two types of apartments to choose from : Under-income, and Market (Upgraded) -check with main office to see which you apply for. Note on Market; I wasn't able to move into these apartments because my total income was just over the income bracket, it wasn't until this past year they made it possible for me to move in; thank goodness. Ok, so the pros and cons of this place:Both have 1-2 bedrooms, 2-story buildings,plenty of parking, small complex, laundry facility in every building, all have decks, and a club house available for those who would like to use it. This place does not have a pool, but for the price, you will get over it.
