Apartment Review for English Village Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

Whatever you do... don't do it! Lived there for three years. The Managers are rude and don't want to work with you. Old Managers were bad. New Managers are worse! The place has police coming to the apartments at least every two weeks for a domestic case or a break in. There are drunks. The noise level is ridiculous. My neighbor had their things stolen. If a car has not had their "updated tags" they will tow your car if a day old. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The rent keeps increasing too
