Apartment Review for Fountainhead Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

I started out in a one bedroom apartment at Fountainhead and moved into a townhouse. It's a good apartment complex as far as maintenance. I've had leaking windows (replaced by new ones) and plugged up garbage disposal (fixed within 30 min). As I mentioned, windows have been replaced, new siding, new steps & railings added. I think the remodeling has really helped to appeal to more people. Security is good and there's been police officers living in the complex. Recently I've wondered about the caliber of neighbors because of noise/parties but I think the management took care of the problem. I refer my friends to this complex if they're looking for a good apartment with just a few frills, good neighbors, little noise & fair price.
