Apartment Review for Fox Club - Indianapolis, IN

Most of the maintenance people are nice but they halfway fix things. You have to call in one thing at a time because if you submit multiple things to fix they end up closing the repair request ticket before all the work is done. We've had water leaks from other apartments into our place several times. The bottom of the under sink cabinet is rotting and I've told them about this like three times and they keep saying they are behind and "will get around to it."

Parking has been an issue before and continues to be for handicap residents who get tired of chasing other tenants and their friends out of their spots.

Watch out for the big piles of dog crap when you walk in the grass.

I will say, I feel safe here even late at night, but the street lighting could be better.

My neighbors upstairs are loud but the other neighbors are quiet.

The carpet was old and worn out when we moved in and it starting to fray. They only spot painted before we moved in. We have avocado green shower stalls from the 70's and white sinks which looks pretty crappy. The kitchen cupboards are old and painted dark brown. The kitchen flooring is worn out and scratched, starting to yellow. We do have washer/dryer hookup which is nice but it vents into a hole in the wall!

It IS a lot of space for the money, no doubt about that. Plus the location is very convenient to the interstate. You are only minutes to downtown.

I plan to move once we get money for a house down payment.
