Apartment Review for Heathmoore Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

I moved to Heathmoore because I was tied into a lease with a sister community in Bloomington and was required to stay within the EPM apartment community in order to not pay a fee for breaking my lease. The location is pretty good. Off of the busy/main streets, but very close to shopping and the interstate. My rent is super cheap. The apartments are a little out-dated, but it's not too bad. There is abundant closet space as well as a utility room and an attic for extra storage. I haven't had much interaction with the office or maintenance staff. Pets are welcome in the community which is great. My biggest complaint would be that there are stray/wild cats that live in the neighborhood. Indy Feral Cat has visited and so has Animal Control, but I have yet to see any of the cats removed. The cats hang out on cars and patios, and sometimes its smells of excrement.
