Apartment Review for Investments Unlimited - Indianapolis, IN

Where to start....Our apartment had a TON of mold in it. No one ever came by to even try to fix it regardless of the countless notes and phone calls I sent them...along with many other things like big holes in the walls that they tried to cover up with cabinets...My son who was 4 years old at the time started have seizures and they were due to all of the mold that was everywhere. I dont know how many times we were without heat in the winter beacuse you could not get ahold of anyone to fix it. Our utilites were included in the rent and our trash sat outside for over a month with no pick up because they could not pay a simple trash bill. Our gas even got shut off once beacuse of non payment. Talk about major slumlords. I would never recomnend anyone to waste your well earned money on these over priced apartments. BEWARE if you do!!!!! My apartment was located on 4th street in Greenfield!!!
