Apartment Review for Kingsmill Courts - Indianapolis, IN

Moved in about 5 years ago. It was a very quiet community, safe and clean. I know the old saying that everything must change, nothing stays the same. But this is much to much changing for me. Kids wait for there schoo buses in the inclosed hallway. I have 3 other neighbors and none of us have pre-teens or teens that attend school. They are loud destructive and disrepectful. They leave our hallway smelling of urine, leaving garbage and graffitti everywhere. The office, IPD and IPS police have basically told me that they can't do anything about it. So I think it's time to look for another apartment. I am writing this in strict confidence!!!!
