Everything at Piedmont needs a makeover. The parking lots are sinking into the ground as well as the sidewalks. Everything is covered in duck poop. Several times they have repaired the water at the complex and turned it off completely for several hours. My apartment has been painted over thousands of times. It is definitely not a nice apartment but it is also extremely cheap. Piedmont does offer decent deals.  Need to rent an apartment?
