Apartment Review for Landmark Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

I know that since I'm giving a positive review the complainers out there are going to assume I'm work for the apartment company, but oh well. I currently live in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with my wife. We went with the first floor because we hate stairs (use to live in a third-floor). We were worried that we would hear a lot of noise above us, but this has only been an issue about 5 times, and only because the people above us were clearly dropping very heavy objects repeatedly (maybe using weights or something). My wife loves the things we have here that we didn't have at our other apartments in the past - dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, range, and carpeting for that matter (we're not in to old hardwoods). I like that fact that it is mostly adults who live here. I would highly recommend these apartments for young families.
