Where o where do I start? I have lived in this community for 3yrs and it has had a steady decline every since. The maintenance is NON EXISTANT and they frequently "lose" work orders. If they do come in to "fix" something, it is ALWAYS half done! I have mold growing due to leaks. I even had to call the Board of Health and it still isn't fixed and that has been over a month ago!

My neighbors are noisy, the building steps need repair...GHETTO, the apartment is hard to regulate in the winter and summer. The manager is rude, and could care less about issues...(THE REGIONAL CORPORATE MANAGER ISN'T ANY BETTER!) The office staff is very "unprofessional" and are also rude. I have even begun to see roaches and a mouse!!!!!!

There are crackheads and thugs everywhere who could care less if u get any sleep at night. The gas bill goes up every month and u have to argue with management about late fees each month when u aren't even late!! They have very few "paying/working" tenants others are Section 8 and destryoing the place! Don't even mention the disgusting lake and the annoying geese. I am moving when my lease ends and I can't wait!!!

PLEASE STAY FAR...FAR AWAY FROM MALLARD HELL!!!
