Apartment Review for Marott Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

If you have a corner apartment, it is very difficult to get a couch or large furniture in and out. They have to rig a pulley to move your large furniture into your apartment. The apartments are beautiful, but staff leaves something to be desired. They are not good about getting back to you, and they say on all their memos that they want feedback, but when they receive, you will be treated differently after and be looked upon without favor. My brand-new couch was ripped at the bottom near each corner. And then later I discovered that the Apartment Manager told the leasing consultants that I said they were incompetent. I found this out when I was confronted by the two of the consultants in the parking lot of the apartment building. If you voice any displeasure, they will do their best to make you feel very uncomfortable.
