Apartment Review for Monon Place - Indianapolis, IN

I lived a Monon Place Apartments for 1 year and I really did not enjoy it. The staff was friendly to my face but as soon as I told them I was moving out, they tried to tack all of these fines on to my lease! They were rude when we needed something fixed and their solution to everything was to put another coat of paint on it! We literally couldn't close any of the bedroom doors because they had so much paint on them! Currently, they refuse to refund my deposit even though I moved out several months ago. Each time I call the office the property manager tells me a different story - which leads me to believe they have no idea what they are talking about. I am currently dealing directly with their main offices Downtown Indianapolis but please, truly consider this warning. It was an awful experience. These OLD outdated apartments are not worth the cost or the hassle.
