Apartment Review for Nancy - Indianapolis, IN

When I first drove past Arlington Green Apts, I was hesitant to say the least. It's not in the best of neighborhoods and in an area that many say "I don't want to live there." BUT, we looked at 100 places before deciding on this one. Our final decision was based on our initial appt with the office staff, courteous and informative showing of an available apt, surprising appearance of the apts, amount of rent and all utilities except elec included, care of inside and outside of apt buildings/grounds, concern for tenents, prompt police response and so much more! Ellen, DSI's leasing manager is wonderful, helpful, caring and professional! DSI's office staff is very nice and always ready and willing to help!
