Apartment Review for Nola Courts - Indianapolis, IN

These apartments are owned by Stallard and Assoc. If there's ever anything wrong you might as well figure it out yourself because they will never get around to it. I called there emergency line to tell them that there were brown recluses outside of my windows and front door. Instead of telling me they'll get right on it the guy yells at me. Tells me he doesn't know what a brown recluse is but he's sure it's not that big of a deal. Even after I told him it's only the deadliest spider here in Indiana he didn't seem too concerned. Instead he tried to make me feel like a moron. They came 3 days later to spray for the spiders. I've lived here for 7 months now and there has been a leak in my basement. We've gotten to the point of writing down the dates and times we've called to ask them to repair it. At last count it was 13. So we've decided that if they don't give us our deposit back were going to have to throw it in there face. Also, and this is our fault too, we didn't get the gas put in our names. We didn't need it so we just told them to cut it off. Instead of doing so they kept it on, charged us for it and then when we realized what was going on we called right as the lady was on her way out the door to evict us. We had no clue untill they sent us a bill for 3 months of gas that we weren't using. I know your probably like, how could you live without gas. Well, my roomates and I work a whole lot. We're only home to go to sleep. All of our parents lived not too far so we'd go to there house wash cloths and shower or what not and get on with our day. Back to the complex though, if your desperate this is your place but I'm never renting from Stallard again.
