Apartment Review for Oaks Of Eagle Creek - Indianapolis, IN

Complete rip off. The only reason there is parking is because no one wants to be there. Even if you sign a contract with a specific move out date, you still have to give 60 days. This is a way for them to make you pay extra rent because no one wants to live there. The staff is rude. I could not give them a low enough rating. There were bugs in my apartment. The came up through cracks in the cement under the apartment! And guess what they charged me for it!!!!As if I cracked the cement under my closet!!! The apartment is crap. They kept my deposit and asked for more money. I asked for what and they would not say. They just said pay us and don't worry about why. So I didn't and they sent it to collections. Screwed up my credit. If I was not so busy I would sue them. They are criminals and they WILL EXTORT you. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
