Apartments are old, and appliances are old. Tiling on floors and in baths is bad, needs changing. Wild animals from the wooded lots enter building through screen windows and the management refuses to do anything about it. Will deny it's happening. They refuse to drain standing water around porches. Also, there are robberies and we are not told of them.  Need to rent an apartment?
