Apartment Review for Oaktree Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

you get what you dont pay for. low cost apartments in not the best part of town. crappy maintenance....lousy receptionists,managers, and workers.....noisy neighbors playing loud music at whatever time of the day.....no communication from the apt people to the renters...if you comeat the right time of day you can get a good parking space.....awful....upkeep of water heaters and the air/heat....lousy....stay away from here...i'm stuck until Jan '08 :(
