Apartment Review for Pickwick Place Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

The apartment is a dump; poorly patched walls, have had 5 MAJOR water problems in 6 months; requested handicap parking - took 3 months to get a sign placed; requested hand rail, also took 3 mos. Snow removal from the parking lot is now pushed into the handicap parking space and the management staff will not correct it or even call and tell me why they shouldn't move the snow. I have had many, many maintenance problems, none of which have been handled in a timely or satisfactory manner.

Not only would I tell my friends to run scared from this place, I would tell ENEMY to stay away!

I have never lived in such a pit in my life. Can't wait to get out of here!
