Apartment Review for Presidential Estates Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

This apartment complex should have been a flat out no-no from the gate. I didn't realize that the flowers decorating the front entrance and the leasing office areas are fake, no landscaping is done, there are ROACHES, which I have never had to live with since adulthood, and to be completely honest, the layout is the stupidest ever. Why are the bedrooms so far apart. As soon as my family and I can get the money together, we're moving.
