The most important thing to know about this property is that it has "month to month" leasing. This obviously puts the complex way above other competition if you are in Indianapolis for a short stint of time and or do not know when you will have to leave. Russ is reliable and a good landlord. Very close to the city, very safe.  Need to rent an apartment?
