Not too bad were it not for the fact that it is overpriced for what it is... The maintenance service is usually prompt, but have failed to *properly* fix my screen door 2 times in a row now. This apartment complex seems to have had quite a few burglaries during my 20 months of living here, one of which I was the victim of... I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.  Need to rent an apartment?
