Apartment Review for Scarborough Lake - Indianapolis, IN

I have been at scarborough for a year, and its really really the best i cud have got. rent is reasonable, its very clean and safe, the office people r really helpful, and their maintainance staff is prompt and efficient. if they dont fix ur problem in 48hrs, they actually give u a rent discount. very nice community, nice lake, pool,gym. but i'm studying a tiupui, and without a car, its difficult to go, thats the only negative thing. rest, its a beautiful, lovely place.
