Apartment Review for Shore Acres Of Broad Ripple - Indianapolis, IN

Shore Acres is great! Even though you are just a few miles from downtown, Broad Ripple, and shopping on the north side, it feels like you are totally isolated with all of the trees. The Monon is right behind with private access for residents so you don't get wanderers from the trail. If you walk the trail, it's about ten minutes to Broad Ripple (two by bike!). The commute downtown is usually fine. The staff is great and the few problems we have are fixed right away. When we moved in, we had all new paint, carpet, and counters. It's really spacious (walk in closet!) for the low rent we pay. The only problem I've had here is the occasional noisy night. Every once in a while, someone seems to have a big party on a Saturday night a couple floors below us. Overall, I would really recommend this place for college students/grad students or young professionals for it's close proximity to Broad Ripple and short commute to downtown.
