please look elsewhere if you are looking at a place right now. rules are not enforced, and the place has deteriorated over the past few years because the little problems added up to become big problems. long time residents can see the difference. management is more concerned about getting anyone in to fill th place up rather than trying to market it and rent to people who are primarily concerned about a quiet nice community. It is not horrible, but they need to get their act together before it really gets bad. families with little kids, be careful, speeding is not enforced.
