Apartment Review for Summit Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

The manager people were very rude. They won't give you your deposit back, eventhough they did not let me do the walk through. Leaking in the walls. Noisy. Stinks every floor. It is embarrasing to bring people over. Neighborhood not safe at all. Gun shots, windows broken in the parking lot. It is not safe to park the car in their parking lot. The laundry facility is a joke. No heat during winter. Told me they were going to fix it...never did it. Think about it, no one stays for more than one year. At least not the ones who want to be respected and live in a nice place. Had to call health state department because the walls were brown because the humidity and water leaking. They had to call the manager.
