We had a leak in the sliding patio doors(not fixed), leak in bathroom ceiling from apartment above(fixed?), screen door won't lock. Renters above us threatened my wife when she was home alone and nothing was done. Terrible place to live and we are going ASAP!  Need to rent an apartment?
